    Why this guide exists

Most baby prep content assumes a baseline that a lot of us don't have. The registries, the classes, the "what to expect" timelines were built for the nondisabled and neurotypical, and if you are not that, you're left trying to adapt advice that was never designed with you in mind and wondering why it isn’t working. That's exhausting work to do alone.

The consequence is that you either spend hours researching modifications and workarounds from scratch, or you go into one of the biggest transitions of your life feeling underprepared, because the resources you needed didn't exist in one place.

    What's inside

    • 13 registry topics across sleep, carrying, car seats, home setup, sensory management, and more
    • Specific product recommendations from our own disabled parenting communities
    • A "Make It Yours" page—because no two bodies are the same
    • Resources our communities have been building for years, now in one place
